Group members have already started pursuing solo opportunities. In February, Normani released her single “Love Lies” with Khalid. She also appeared on the most recent season of Dancing With the Stars and made it to the finale. In addition, Dinah Jane released “Boom Boom” with RedOne, Daddy Yankee and French Montana in Oct. 2017.
However, these weren’t the only artists to explore solo opportunities. Lauren released “All Night” with Steve Aoki in January and Ally dropped “Perfect” with Topic that same month.
“There’s a feeling of like, ‘I wish I could stick around longer because now like, this is when I would start having opportunities,'” Tyler adds.
That sentiment immediately clicks with David and Rosanna.
“We had a sibling that passed away a year ago yesterday. Alexis, who was our transgender sister,” Rosanna reveals. “Alexis came out 20-years ago and was the famous person who was a boy who wanted to be a girl and was a pioneer. I think it was sad because it’s more accepted now and Alexis would be doing such incredible work.”
Despite Alexis’ untimely passing, the medium says “there’s a feeling of acceptance.”
“The feeling with this is really like very much so wanting it to be known, ‘There’s a sense of peace before I pass.’ And a knowingness around this of, ‘I’m okay, I’m fine. I knew, I knew, I knew and I’m okay,'” Tyler says.

“When the Palms asked us to do a residency here in Vegas, we said ‘Absolutely!'” said Mark. He added, “Now, we just have to cast our show girls, create our set list—a true throwback of Vegas classics with Sinatra, Liberace. When in Vegas…
Everything you knew about Family Guy’s Stewie Griffin has changed. In an episode with no commercial-interruption, the Fox animated comedy broke down the secrets of the perpetually 1-year-old cartoon character. Stewie sat down with therapist Dr. Cornelius Pritchfield (voiced by Ian McKellen) after pushing another kid. The 30-minute therapy session broke down Stewie’s mysterious British accent and tackled the character’s sexuality.
“Stewie’s awareness of his sexuality is this uncertain thing, and that needs to stay as it is. His uncertainty gives him a vulnerability, which is something we need to maintain for the series. Whether he is [gay] or not, that isn’t going to be answered when he’s a one-year-old,” episode writer and series executive producer Gary Janetti told TVLine. “But if you read between the lines, it’s not that difficult to decipher. He’s not even sure ‘heterosexual’ is a real word!”
Lin-Manuel Miranda and Ben Platt have joined forces to create an anthem for a modern movement.
As a part of Miranda’s monthly Hamildrop series, the Hamilton creator and his colleague of Dear Evan Hansen fame mixed up two signature tracks from their shows, “The Story of Tonight” and “You Will Be Found,” to send a musical message to the victims of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting victims and their classmates: “Even when the dark comes crashing through, when you need a friend to carry you and when you’re broken on the ground—you will be found.”
With an arrangement by Alex Lacamoire and released by Atlantic Records, a portion of the track’s proceeds will go to the #MarchforOurLives, which will take place on March 24 around the country in an effort to end school shootings in the United States.
Minka Kelly is saying goodbye to her cockapoo Chewie—a.k.a. “the absolute love of my life.” In a series of updates Sunday, she mourned the death of her constant companion. “Thank you for this pic, @bjmcelhaney. And thank you so much for all the love, everybody,” the actress wrote in one of two touching photo captions. “I feel it and I’m so touched and so grateful. Thank you.”
The actress named her dog after the Star Wars character Chewbacca, and she often called him the “love of my life.” And in a 2011 WhoSay post, she raved, “I can’t get enough of this wookie!”
Kelly shared a collage of photos and videos on Instagram Sunday, paying tribute to her “sweet angel baby girl.” The Friday Night Lights actress admitted, “I still can’t quite catch my breath. My heart is broken into a million pieces. Thank you for 13 years of true and unconditional love. Thank you for growing with me as we ventured out into the world. We’ve lived all over the place and what a trooper you were. You made everywhere new and foreign feel like home.”
The Taylor Swift–Katy Perry drama lives on.
An American Idol contestant reminded viewers of the longtime feud on Sunday night’s episode. During the audition process, Perry’s fellow judge Luke Bryan asked the Hollywood hopeful whom he looked up to as an artist. The contender apologized to Perry and cited Swift.
“Oh, you don’t have to be sorry!” Perry replied.
“I love Taylor Swift,” the contestant said.
“I love her as a songwriter, as well,” she said.
While some viewers interpreted Perry’s comment as a sincere compliment, others thought she was trying to throw shade.

Brielle Biermann is embracing life as a 21-year-old single gal.
Newly broken up from her boyfriend of two years, baseball player Michael Kopech, the reality star’s split came as a surprise for some fans since the news broke late last week.
“It is true,” the young star tweeted to a fan, offering a very brief explanation. “We have a lot going on right now we decided it would be for the best. What’s meant to be will always be.”
While a source told Us Weekly distance was a factor in the breakup, Brielle’s famous mama appeared on Watch What Happens Live!, where she elaborated a touch more on the root cause.
“So, Brielle just turned 21,” Kim pointed out. “That’s exactly what happened, I think.” While Kopech has been busy with baseball training, Brielle has been living a full life back home.
Eric McCormack: “I did love Ben Platt and I in the second episode where I lecture him about what the older generation of gay men did to get him where he is.” He also enjoyed the episode where Will was at a baby shower and talked to two teen girls about relationships.
Sean Hayes: “I particularly loved the ‘Grandpa Jack’ episode where Jack finds out he’s a grandfather. Only because of the message and the writing was so spectacular that week. It’s just a really solid episode.”
Angelina Jolie and her kids enjoyed a family trip to the movies on Sunday and attended a screening of the new Tomb Raider.
The 42-year-old actress brought four of her kids to a North Hollywood movie theater in Los Angeles to see the reboot. Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 11, Knox and Vivienne, 9, all attended the film. Her sons Maddox, 16, and Pax, 14, were not spotted.
“Angelina and the kids arrived at the theater at 4 p.m. The movie was playing at 4:30pm,” a source told E! News. “They parked in the front of the theater. There was a bodyguard already there waiting for their arrival. The kids went in first, so the bodyguard took the kids to the seat. Then Angelina got out of the car and walked with the driver. After the movie, they left through emergency exit door in the back.”
Jolie wore a black blazer and black pants to the afternoon showing and accessorized her look with sunglasses. Another source told E! News the kids seemed “excited” to see the film.
“Viv was holding hands with Angelina and had a big smile on her face,” the second insider said. “Shiloh and Zahara were giggling together and happy.”
It looks like the kids liked the film, too.
“Everyone seemed happy and like they enjoyed the movie,” the second insider added. “They were all talking and animated as they walked back to the car.”

The girl group announced Monday morning that they’re taking an indefinite hiatus after six years together.
“After six years going hard, non-stop, we also realized that in order to stay authentic to ourselves and to you, we do need to take some time for now to go on a hiatus from Fifth Harmony in order to pursue solo endeavors,” the Twitter statement reads. “We are all very excited and grateful to be able to take this time to learn and grow creatively and really find our footing as individuals. In doing this we are allowing ourselves to gain new experiences, strengths and perspectives that we can bring back to our Fifth Harmony family.”

The city comes alive with dancers in wide-leg trousers, billowy blouses with embroidery, asymmetrical hems and cascading ruffles. The group of diverse women, in black and white with pops of red and light blue, dance through the street…until the moment Winona and Elizabeth meet.
Lady and the Tramp is getting rebooted—but the movie is not coming to theaters.
The Hollywood Reporter was the first to report Monday that Charlie Bean has closed a deal to direct the live-action/CG hybrid remake of Disney’s animated classic. It’s expected to debut on the company’s digital streaming service, set to launch in 2019; the digital platform will start with a domestic package, then expand overseas. Its price points have yet to be undetermined.
Chaz Salembier and Jessica Virtue are overseeing the remake, The Hollywood Reporter said. Brigham Taylor is producing the Lady and the Tramp remake, from a script by Andrew Bujalski.
