Princess Eugenie Flashes Her Engagement Ring in Official Portraits

It’s a wonder Princess Eugenie didn’t blind the photographer with her dazzling engagement ring. The 27-year-old princess and her fiancé, Jack Brooksbank, were photographed Monday morning following the announcement of their engagement. According to a spokesperson for the royal family, the two photographs were taken in the Picture Gallery at Buckingham Palace.

Eugenie wore a floral dress by Erdem and Jimmy Choo shoes for the photo session. She gave fans the first look at her engagement ring—a padparadscha sapphire surrounded by diamonds. Jack proposed to Eugenie in Nicaragua earlier this month, and they will tie the knot this fall at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor—the same spot where Prince Harry will marry Meghan Markle.

Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip are “very pleased” and “wish the couple all the best.”

Is Paul Bettany The Crown’s New Prince Philip?

There’s a new prince on the block. According to reports, Paul Bettany will replace Matt Smith as Prince Philip in season three of The Crown. Yep, Vision replaces the Doctor.

Netflix did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The next season, which has yet to begin production, will jump forward in time, aging up the characters. Gone are Smith, Claire Foy and Vanessa Kirby. In their places are Bettany (probably), Olivia Colman and Helena Bonham Carter.

Colman’s casting as Queen Elizabeth II was confirmed early on. The Golden Globe winner said this to BBC about replacing Foy: “I think Claire Foy is an absolute genius–she’s an incredibly hard act to follow. I’m basically going to re-watch every episode and copy her.”

For some of the youngest nominees, that meant hitting the dance floor and getting their groove on.

Taryn Manning Proves SAG Award Fashion Doesn’t Have to Break the Bank With $200 Dress

When it comes to red carpet-worthy fashion, you don’t need to break the bank. Exhibit A: Taryn Manning‘s 2018 SAG Awardslook.

The Orange Is the New Black star stepped out on Sunday for the annual ceremony as a nominee for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. As she walked the red carpet outside of the Shrine Auditorium, the star posed in a black boatneck A-line ballgown by Adrianna Papell with a high-low hem.

Manning paired the dress with white ankle-strap Aquazzura pumps and statement jewelry. If any fans fell particularly in love with the classic look, they’re in luck because the dress is not only available to buy, but also budget-friendly as far as gowns are concerned.

Why Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Finn Wolfhard and More Stars Were M.I.A. at the 2018 SAG Awards

The 2018 Screen Actors Guild Awards took place on Sunday in Los Angeles and while we saw many celebs at the ceremony, there were also a number of notable nominees missing.

During Sunday’s show, Julia Louis-Dreyfus won for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series for her work in Veep. Julia wasn’t at the show, but sent her love to her cast via Twitter after the show also won for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. “I wish I could have been @SAGawards tonight but have to admit it’s pretty fun to watch in my pj’s,” she wrote. “So honored to win. So proud to be a union member. So happy for my @VeepHBO bozos for winning ensemble award. Miss being at the table with you all. How was the chicken?”

The Bachelor Is Going Back to Basics–But Is It Working?

“The rest of us duechbros in the franchise are so lame now, they had to reach back before IG was a thing to find a clean resume,” Derek Peth, a Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise alum, tweeted after the announcement.

Amanda Stanton, a Bachelor and two-time BIP vet (and social media star), wrote, “I think it was such a good choice choosing someone who’s out of the current Bachelor bubble!”

Of the surprising pick, host Chris Harrison said,”I think he’s a very sincere good gentleman.” In case the point wasn’t clear: Arie. Is. Here. For. The. Right. Reasons.

This Is Us Stars ”Selflessly” Bring Young Cast Members as Their Dates at the 2018 SAG Awards

As if we didn’t love the cast of This Is Us enough already, they went ahead and did something super adorable at the 2018 SAG Awards last night.

Instead of bringing a plus-one, a few of the older actors—like Chrissy Metz and Justin Hartley—brought a few of the young actors as their dates to ensure everyone was able to attend the show.

For example, Chrissy brought the youngest actress of her character, Mackenzie Hancsicsak, who took to Twitter to thank her profoundly for “selflessly” bringing her along.

“Just want 2 thank Miss @ChrissyMetz again 4 very graciously & selflessly giving up her plus one so I could attend the SAG awards,” Mackenzie wrote. “Some of the kid ensemble didn’t appear in enough episodes 2 qualify, but when the adults found out, they stepped up & offered their plus one. Thank U!”

Kat Dahlia – If I Knew Lyrics

[Verse 1]
It’s been weeks since you don’t sleep at home
You and me, we were inseparable
Who knew you would be so cynical?
The damage done is irreversable

But If I knew you’d make it so hard
I would’ve never ever begged you to stay
And If I knew you’d make it so hard
I would’ve never ever begged you to stay ay ay
I woulda never ever begged you to stay, yeah ay ay ay ay ay

[Verse 2]
It’s been weeks since we have even spoke
Are you feeling any kind of sorrow? Silent sorrow?
If you would just acknoledge how I feel
Then we could re-negotiate the deal
But you got up and you cleared the closets
Never thought you’d go and leave
I guess you were one to try and fix this as bad as me, ay ay

But If I knew you’d make it so hard
I would’ve never ever begged you to stay
Yeah If I knew you’d make it so hard
I would’ve never begged you to stay ay ay
I woulda never ever begged you to stay, yeah ay ay ay ay ay

[Verse 3]
Oh my girl, she wanna lie to me
Oh my girl, she made us a tragedy
Oh my girl, she’s tryna run away
Oh my girl, like a fool I been broke ever since you went away ay ay

But If I knew you’d make it so hard
I would’ve never ever begged you to stay
Yeah If I knew you’d make it so hard
I would’ve never begged you to stay ay ay
I woulda never ever begged you to stay, yeah ay ay ay ay ay

Willow Smith – Bastard Lyrics

And now making his live debut, Basterd The Antichrist

I know that it hurt living alone, by yourself
Through the [?]
I know that it’s hard being the one
Catching [?] to see the [?]
I know it ain’t easy
I know they disturb
But if you just stick with me
We can learn to love

And I’m not talking romance
I’m talking about real stuff
And if you just stick with me
We can learn, we can learn

We’ll wake them up (wake up, wake up, wake up)
We’ll wake them up (wake up, wake up, wake up)
Wake up!

And I know that it’s a mask this person that you were
And I know it’s a task trying to pretend like you care
And I know you’re not perfect
I know I’m too tough
But if you just stick with me, we can learn to love
And I know that’s not easy
And I know that’s too tough
But if you just stick with me, we can both wake up
We both wake up

Wake them up (wake up, wake up, wake up)
Wake up!
Wake them up (wake up, wake up, wake up)

We’ll make them see injustice
Make them see our pain
And because of this sickness, they will look away
Make them see our darkness
Make them see our truth
And if you just stick with me, we’ll make them all see you
All see you

They’ll all see
They’ll all see

Drake – Diplomatic Immunity Lyrics

Diplomatic immunity, fuck ’em
All that peace and that unity
All that weak shit’ll ruin me, fuck ’em, yeah
‘Cause niggas started talkin’ to me like I’m slowin’ down
Opinions over statistics, of course
Gassed off journalistic
Come at me and all you’ll get is the ballistic report
Booked a private room at Wylie’s, waiter twistin’ the cork
I got multi-colored rings like the Olympics, of course
At award shows, cuttin’ through the tension, of course
Girls huggin’ me then askin’ me, “What scent that is, boy?”
I be walkin’ around the Six like I invented it, boy
Yeah, who am I? The do or die
The one with the fewest lies and the truest ties
They try to compare us
But like a job straight outta high school there’s no you and I
I taught you everything you know, now you got student pride
All factual, I call the house “the embassy”
The studio “the chapel”, I hate to travel
I just pulled up on Solana show, the girl’s a natural
I knew her way back when Hollywood was international
Yeah, the furthest I’ve been, that’s word to my ends
Word to the flags that belong in the hood of my Benz
Very presidential, I broke all the codes for zonin’ in my residential
I broke spirits that I never meant to
My body isn’t much of a sacred temple, with vodka and wine
And sleep at the opposite times
Promise shit is gettin’ outta line like when you make a stencil
Or gettin’ outta line like when you break a pencil
Violatin’ the Treaty of Versailles
Champagne is the alias, but no cease and desist in I
I refuse to comply with regulations
I listen to heavy metal for meditation, no silence
Like Sanders on the Detroit Lions
Get a run around and I’ll bury you where they won’t find ya
Motor City Casino, I’m at the cage with my old license
They tell me “don’t worry, I got your money” like Osirus
(I’m the Osiris of this shit)
Dirty 30, workin’ on me
Tired of women that may tag me in pictures airin’ my dirty laundry
Caterin’ is from Giorgio Baldi, Robyn’s favorite
Shit is nice, but I prefer Madeo
Calamari rings and tomato
I got the sauce and now shorties keep claimin’ preggo
Wakin’ up at 6 PM like, “Where does the day go?”
Forecastin’ tornadoes, brainstormin’ retaliation at dinner tables
2010 was when I lost my halo
2017 I lost a J. Lo
A Rotterdam trip had me on front page though
I had to lay low, Hot Topic like your everyday clothes
Closed off but I could never stay closed
Billboard awards, I claimed 13 out in Vegas like Sureños
Black excellence, but I guess when it comes to me it’s not the same though, all goodie
That just pushed me to do the things we all couldn’t
Niggas stakin’ out the crib, it’s all gravy
Protection that God gave me
Shit is complex like short niggas ’round tall ladies
I gotta watch who I’m talkin’ to like it’s all-ages
I’ve seen buddin’ careers turn to sit around and talk about other careers, judgin’ their peers
Knowledge from niggas who did not contribute to none of this here
Cover my ears, my security government tier
Yeah, advance the venue so we know the exits
Check the guest list
If opps make an appearance at least it’s expected
Tell ‘em I don’t wanna link like a broken necklace
I’ll be in better company with my own reflection
Mirror, mirror, on the ceilin’ of my suite in the Royal Palace
The TV playin’ Al Jazeera
Inshallah, I hope the mission keeps on gettin’ clearer
Whenever, wherever, OVO will always be together like Shakira

I love, I love
I love, I love it
Baby, I

Vybz Kartel Delivers “One Box” While Tackling Taboo Subject

Vybz Kartel delivers a fire new single “One Box” while touching on taboo subject

The Worl’Boss first previewed the single in December last year which then cause some fans to voice their concerns about him glorifying domestic violence against women. At the time, fans were being urged to wait until the full song arrives and don’t pre-judge the track based on a snippet. But Kartel knew exactly what he was doing when he only previewed the verse to spark some controversy and build some hype ahead of the release of the full song.

Well, it’s finally here and you can listen below and be the judge. In my opinion, it’s the opposite of what the initial backlash was about, instead of glorifying domestic violence, Vybz Kartel cleverly speaks out against it a way that is socially acceptable in dancehall. “Him a go party, you affi go party to, him a give yo bun but yo naughty too… The boy waan kill yo for your pum pum, him a gwaan like say it under him foot, tell him say look you no old foot, yo f*** him and clean and yo cook,” Kartel deejay.

Whatever your views are about the song, you can always expect Vybz Kartel to come with something different and touch on some hot-button social issues. Aside from his lyrical prowess, that’s one trait that has helped him to stand out in dancehall over the years.

Florida rapper XXXTentacion announced last weekend that he has a new song with Vybz Kartel coming out soon. The announcement was met with mixed reactions from dancehall fans who thinks the young MC is just another whack rapper trying to drain some of the incarcerated deejay’s energy and popularity. Nevertheless, it will be the deejay’s first hip hop crossover single in a while.

Listen to Kartel new song “One Box” and leave your comment.

50 Cent and Chief Keef Reacts To Fredo Santana’s Death

50 Cent gave a rousing tribute to the late Fredo Santana while Chief Keef reminds fans he is blood.

In case you were living off the grid for the entire weekend, Fredo Santana, a rising rapper in the South Chicago rap scene died on Friday (Jan. 19) plunging the hip hop community in mourning. A number of rappers have been sending their tribute to one of the most recognized voices from Chi-Town, but perhaps it was 50 Cent who get the most attention after saying his piece.

“R.I.P Fredo, l liked Sosa’s (SH*T l DON’T LIKE) when l first seen it. the sh*t was just raw, the beauty of hip hop is when it’s your time nothing can stop you,” 50 Cent wrote. “Fredo stood out to me. I was like, now that n**** crazy and I’m a little crazy so l watched him. When he said he looked up to me, l wanted to work with him but we didn’t get the chance to do anything. When l heard he passed l didn’t know what to say. To his family l send my condolence. SOSA call my phone.”

Chief Keef, aka Sosa, had to remind fans that Fredo Santana was not his friend, he was his blood. “Stop saying Fredo was my friend, That’s my cousin, Big difference,” he tweeted. Santana died following his long struggle with drug addiction even though he was getting help. One of his close friends told us on Instagram that he died from a mild seizure. In October last year, he was hospitalized for kidney and liver failure and after his release, he vowed to get help for his addiction problems. Before his death, Santana was working on his Walking Legend 2 mixtape, due sometime this year. Now there are no telling whether or not that project will see the light of day.
