Inside Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg’s Entirely Unexpected Love Story

Jenny McCarthy wasn’t sure a great love was in the cards for her.

“Especially being a single mom, in the past it was one of my biggest fears,” not finding the right person, “and I didn’t know if it was going to be out there for me,” she shared with E! News last week before (almost) the whole cast of Jersey Shore visited her SiriusXM radio show. (Ronnie, you were missed.)

And Donnie Wahlberg, a divorced dad of two sons, wasn’t looking for anything special—but then McCarthy walked into his life in 2013. Or, more accurately, he walked into hers as a guest on the VH1 talk show she had at the time.

Today they’re celebrating four years of marriage, and five years of togetherness.

“Donnie said to me said, he’s like, ‘You know, we’ve been together 5 years’—I’m like, ‘What?’ This morning he said it to me,” McCarthy told us. “And [he says], ‘It still feels so brand new, doesn’t it?’ I said, ‘Yeah, it really does.'”

That’s what happens when two people just can’t get enough of each other.

Ariana Grande Reminisces About Her First Kiss With Pete Davidson

Ariana Grande wasn’t afraid to kiss and tell on Thursday’s episode of Queen Radio and told host Nicki Minaj all about her first smooch with fiancé Pete Davidson.

The “God Is a Woman” singer described the initial kiss as “so sick” and “so dope.”

“It was so cute” she said during the Apple Music Beats 1 show. “He asked my permission to kiss me.”

While Grande said it wasn’t “too naughty of a kiss,” she also described it as “really sweet” and “really sexy.”

E! News confirmed the “No Tears Left to Cry” artist and Saturday Night Live star were dating in May—the same month Grande revealed she had called it quits with Mac Miller and Davidson confirmed he had ended his relationship with Cazzie David. While a source told E! News the relationship was just “casual,” the two lovebirds quickly proved their romance was something more. In June, news broke that Davidson had proposed with a diamond sparkler worth about $93,000.

Eminem’s Kamikaze Features Anti-Gay Slurs and Donald Trump Disses

Guess who’s back?

Overnight, Eminem surprised fans by dropping his tenth studio album, Kamikaze, two years after the release of Revival. Eminem executive produced the 13-track album with his longtime collaborator, Dr. Dre, and worked many other prolific producers, including Fred Ball, Boi-1da, Illadaproducer, Ronny J, Tay Keith, Mike WiLL Made It, Jeremy Miller, S1, Tim Suby and Jahaan Sweet. Joyner Lucas, Jessie Reyez and Royce da 5’9″ also make guest appearances.

“Tried not 2 overthink this 1… enjoy,” Eminem tweeted, adding a middle finger emoji.

Like Ariana Grande with Sweetener and Travis Scott with ASTROWORLD, Eminem is selling his album in merch bundles, packaging it with everything from camo jackets to special lithographs. Throughout the album, he name-drops a number of stars, including 50 Cent, Charlamagne Tha God, Gabby Giffords, Kathy Griffin, Lil Xan, Lil Yachty, Logic and Machine Gun Kelly.

The final track, “Venom,” appears on the soundtrack for the upcoming film of the same name—but it’s the title track that’s caused a stir on social media. First, he criticizes the next generation of rappers, spitting, “These rappers are like Hunger Games / One minute, they’re mocking Jay / Next minute, they get they style from Migos, then they copy Drake.” In the next verse, he attacks Joe Budden, rapping, “Somebody tell Budden before I snap / He better fasten it, or have his body bag get zipped / The closest thing he’s had to hits / Since smacking bitches.”

Disneyland Will Sell Alcohol for the First Time Ever in 2019

Wanna hang with Han Solo in his favorite watering hole?

For the first time in its 63-year-old history, Disneyland will sell alcohol when Oga’s Cantina opens in 2019 and serves “pilots, bounty hunters, smugglers, locals and galactic travelers alike.” The establishment will open its doors at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, at both Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort. Disneyland has been offering libations at its exclusive and private Club 33 and adjacent California Adventure park for years, but is otherwise alcohol-free.

“Oga’s Cantina is the kind of establishment that attracts some of the most interesting and disreputable characters in the galaxy,” Imagineer Scott Trowbridge revealed on the Disney Parks Blog. “And you never know when a stormtrooper or a familiar face will show up.” Park patrons are invited to try drinks made using “‘otherworldly’ methods, served in unique vessels.”

Inside Pop Music’s Rising Rainbow Revolution

Pop music and the LGBTQ community have always seemed to go hand-in-hand.

For some, music is our safe space as we come to terms with who we are. We lose ourselves in dark nightclubs, dancing our hearts out. We lose ourselves with a pair of earbuds in, entering a world of our own when the outside one is just a bit too treacherous to live as our truest selves. We worship at the altars of pop divas who help us find the courage to be ourselves. And for others, we just think the music is really fun.

But it’s never been ours to make. At least, not really. Sure, there have been plenty of LGBTQ folks behind the scenes, writing and producing hits for years. But we’ve never really had the opportunity to worship at the pop altar of one of our own. Until now.

Watch Aretha Franklin’s Star-Studded Funeral Live

Earlier this week, thousands of fans honored the “Natural Woman” artist by attending public viewings at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History.

Franklin passed away on Aug. 16 at the age of 76. She died of advance pancreatic cancer of the neuroendocrine type and was surrounded by family members and loved ones.

Nicki Minaj Is Seeing Two Guys, But Not Seriously: “I’m Just Chilling”

Nicki Minaj can stand on her own.

In a preview from the Season 16 premiere of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, airing Tuesday, the rapper somewhat reluctantly discusses her current relationship status with Ellen DeGeneres. “Let’s talk about your love life,” DeGeneres begins. Appearing nervous, Minaj asks her, “Why?”

“Because last time I got it out of you that you were with Nas, and—” DeGeneres says, just before Minaj cuts her off. “No! I didn’t say I was with Nas,” Minaj says, referring to her appearance in 2017. “I said I chilled. I hung out with him. And he and I are still good friends.”

After DeGeneres said her guest had also “chilled” with Drake and Meek Mill, Minaj wanted to set the record straight about those rumors, too. “No, no, no. I was in a relationship with Meek for a while, which ended, and it was a very toxic something,” she clarified. “But we had some good times and we ended that. And then, Drake? I’ve never been in a relationship with Drake.”

The Conners Cast Back at Work: See the TV Family at Their First Post-Roseanne Table Read

They’re back. ABC released the first photo from The Conners, the spinoff of Roseanne starring, well, everybody from the Roseanne revival sans Roseanne Barr, across the show’s new social media channels.

The photo, above, features the primary cast—from left, to right: Sara Gilbert, Jayden Rey, Michael Fishman, Ames McNamara, John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf, Lecy Goranson and Emma Kenney—at their first table read for the premiere episode. And it’s not just any table they’re sitting at, it’s the Conner family table from Roseanne.

After a successful first revival season and a quick renewal, ABC canceled Roseanne in May following a racist tweet sent by Barr. “Roseanne’s Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have decided to cancel her show,” ABC boss Channing Dungey said in a statement in May following Barr’s tweet.

Tyga Puts Kylie Jenner on Blast

It’s been over a year since Kylie Jenner and Tyga broke up, and the “Taste” star recently suggested he’s moved on from his ex.

During Thursday’s episode of Queen Radio, host Nicki Minaj asked Tyga if he misses the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star.

“No, I’m good. I’m good love, enjoy,” he said.

The recording artist also took credit for the makeup mogul’s level of fame. When Nicki asked him if he helped put Kylie on the map, he replied “big fact,” adding that “everybody know that” and “that’s public.” He also said fans needed to look at “the before and after.”

“She always had a platform, and she was always destined to be where she was going to be, regardless,” he said. “But, when I stepped in, and there was a lot of codes being taught, it was like, ‘You could do this. You should start this. You should start doing your hair like this, or you should do this. You should adapt because you need black people to f–k with you cause you need culture. If you aint got black people behind you, you aint got nothing—aint nobody going to listen. You can’t influence nobody.’ So, I had a lot to do with all that.”

Emmy Rossum’s Shameless Exit Devastates Fans, But Most Understand

Season nine of the Showtime dramedy is currently filming and set to debut on Sunday, Sept. 9 with the second half premiering in January.

“I know you will continue on without me, for now. There is much more Gallagher story to be told. I will always be rooting for my family. Try not to think of me as gone, just think of me as moving down the block,” Rossum ended her note. “With love, always.”

John Krasinski’s Transformation From The Office’s Adorkable Jim to Action Star Has Been a Long Time Coming

Get ready for a new kind of superhero.

John Krasinski has come a long way from his adorably goofy and somewhat dorky days as The Office’s Jim Halpert, the role that made him one of TV’s most beloved boyfriends. Now, five years after the iconic NBC sitcom ended its run (yet is still just as popular as ever), the Dunder Mufflin sales rep with a penchant for reaction shots is now one of the most versatile power players in Hollywood. And his latest role is his biggest and riskiest one yet.

Krasinski’s Jack Ryan premieres today on Amazon, and finds the actor playing the titular role in the action drama based on Tom Clancy‘s popular CIA books. The 13-episode season cost $8 million per episode to make—one of the highest budgets for a TV series ever—and Amazon has already ordered a second season following the surprise success of A Quiet Place, Krasinski’s directorial debut which he also co-wrote and starred in alongside his wife, Emily Blunt

So yes, the stakes are high and resting solely on the star and executive producer’s broad shoulders. But Krasinski has been preparing for this for a long time.

Meghan Markle Accidentally Reveals Her Adorable Nickname for Prince Harry

While many refer to Prince Harry as the Duke of Sussex or His Royal Highness, Meghan Markle calls her husband a slightly different name.

The Duchess of Sussex let the adorable nickname slip during Wednesday night’s Hamilton performance at the Victoria Palace Theatre in London.

As the royals posed for pictures with the show’s cast, Meghan realized she was blocking her husband’s view. So, she asked him, “Can you see, my love?”

My love!

The nickname was too cute for even the show’s stars to handle and they let out an audible “aw!” After realizing she had let the informal name slip, Meghan let out a little laugh.

This wasn’t the only memorable moment of the night. After the performance, Harry sang a few notes from the fan favorite “You’ll Be Back”—a tune performed by the actor playing his sixth great-grandfather King George III. Even though he belted out only the first two words, the serenade was enough to steal the show and get the audience to burst into laughter and applause. The show’s creator Lin-Manuel Miranda, who joined Harry onstage and sat beside the royal couple during the musical, seemed especially excited about the singing surprise.

“That’s definitely not going to happen,” Harry said, hinting that he wouldn’t continue singing the song. “He did try, but I said no.”
